Since 2012 He has developed and built 133+ units over six (6) complexes with a GRV of over 120m AUD. The developments range from three-level builds to the recently completed 12-story building with two-level basements. He holds a Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) – Open Builders License and a Queensland Real Estate License. He has completed his Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Investment & Asset Management from National University of Singapore and has a Diploma in Building and Construction.
Educated in Engineering and Project Management, He has overseen over $120 million in mixed-use development projects including commercial, civil and residential subdivision projects. As a Chartered Engineer, he is responsible for the full life cycle of the projects, specifically developing the conceptual design for the buildings and services, reviewing engineering reports and designs, and liaising with Governments.
MIE Aus, RPEQ, Open Builder Completed Master of Engineering 1988 Moscow and completed several Projects in Sri Lanka from 1988 to 2000. Been a project Manager/Development Manager completing projects in Australia since year 2000. He has experience completing high rise buildings, schools for Education Queensland, promenades, sports complexes and water treatment plants for Councils and also completed development of several medical practices.
