Established in 2013, East Coast Construction Company Pty Ltd (ECCC) obtained its Open
Builders License during March 2014 and since then has successfully completed five (5)
projects with a GRV of $106 million on budget.
As of June 2024 ECCC has secured orders for 5 projects in its pipeline with a total GRV
of $220 million.
The company’s competitive advantage comes from its ability to work with its clients and
provide varying level of services which best suits each company’s needs.
Our conservative approach ensures all projects tendered for are competitively priced
with adequate resources assigned to ensure high quality delivery in a timely manner. Our
strict internal processes and strength in project management have served our clients
well in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
